The cottage itself is located on a sandy beach, where swimmers can walk far off the shore. (great for small children) Other activities such as fishing, boating (rowboat included) or just relaxing on the deck (which has a great view of the lake for supervision). Nearby activities include birdwatching, golf, Atv and mountain bike trails, historic sites, a casino, shopping and dining. There is certainly plenty to do when the weather is bad, with television, gas fireplace for warmth, cards, books and other activities.

Another plus about the location of this cottage is that It is merely 5 minutes driving distance away from Elmvale; where there is an IGA, Beer Store, LCBO and more!
